Reverend Margaret Court

VLI PRESIDENT & APOSTOLIC LEADER

Margaret Court was officially ordained into full-time ministry in 1991. In that same year Margaret Court Ministries Inc was established, not only as an outreach ministry to the city of Perth, but one that has since gone out to the nation. In 1995 Margaret established and founded Victory Life Centre Inc, where she is the Senior Minister.

Margaret is a woman of international renown, not only for her unsurpassed feats (62 Grand Slam Titles) in the world of professional tennis, but also for her strong and powerful Christian witness. Her strong and anointed leadership centres around truth, integrity and righteousness, which she feels must return to the church before they will be seen in the world. Having a great love for God, nothing motivates her more than to be instrumental in winning the lost to Jesus.

In recognition of her committed and fruitful ministry, allied with her strong, gifted leadership ability to encourage, train and develop Christian character in those involved in the five-fold ministry, Margaret has been appointed to the following positions:

  • Trustee in Australia of International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM)

  • Australian Pentecostal Ministers Fellowship (APMF) Steering Committee

  • Patron of Australian Family Association

  • Patron of Drug-Free Australia

  • Co-Chair Oceana Empowered21

In honour of her many ministry accomplishments, she has received an Honorary Doctorate of Laws (PhD LLD Hon) from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma USA, made a Member of the British Empire (MBE), and has been made an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO).

The driving force in her call is a love for her nation and the nations and the desire to see God’s people equipped and trained to take back the seven mountains of society.

Her Apostolic leadership of Victory Life International ensures that this group will be a strongly knit body of men and women, confident that the leadership under which they operate is one of stability, integrity and credibility. Margaret is married to Barry Court and they have four children and numerous grandchildren.

Ps Steve Davis

Pastor Steve Davis is a senior leader with Victory Life Centre in Perth and a respected pastor within the Victory Life movement. With decades of ministry experience, he carries a strong passion for preaching the Gospel, empowering believers, and seeing lives transformed through a genuine encounter with Jesus.

Pastor Steve’s ministry is marked by faith-filled teaching, spiritual leadership, and a heart to see people grow in purpose, authority, and intimacy with God. He is committed to building strong believers and healthy churches that impact their communities and beyond.

Pastor Dale Smith is the Senior Pastor of The River Church on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Alongside his wife, Ruth, he leads the church with a passion for worship, prophetic teaching, and helping people walk in their God-given purpose.

With decades of ministry experience, Dale has been involved in church planting and leadership across Australia. His ministry is marked by a heart to see lives transformed, believers equipped, and communities impacted by the love and power of Jesus.

Ps Kim Jones

Pastor Kim Jones is the Senior Leader of Liberty Family Church in Gosford on the New South Wales Central Coast, where she serves alongside her husband, Tim. Together they have led the church since its beginning in 1997.

Pastor Kim is passionate about revival, spiritual growth, and empowering people to live with purpose and confidence in their identity in Christ. Her ministry at Liberty Family Church is marked by heartfelt teaching, pastoral care, and a deep commitment to seeing individuals and families encounter God’s life-changing love.

Pastor Jimmy Njino is the Senior Pastor of Victory Life Toowoomba, a Spirit-led church in Queensland with a strong focus on worship, revival, and equipping believers for effective Christian living. Alongside his wife, Ruth, he leads the church with a passion for hosting the presence of God and building a faith-filled community grounded in biblical truth.

Called to ministry from a young age, Pastor Jimmy carries a prophetic and evangelistic grace, with a heart to see lives transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit. His ministry is marked by passionate preaching, prayer, and a desire to raise believers who are bold in faith and active in their God-given purpose.

Pastor Peter Basell is the Senior Pastor of Victory Life Centre Broome, a Spirit-led church in Western Australia with a heart to see people encounter God and grow in their faith. He leads the church with a strong emphasis on worship, prayer, and practical biblical teaching.

Pastor Peter is passionate about pastoral care, community engagement, and equipping believers to live confidently in their identity in Christ. His ministry is marked by encouragement, integrity, and a desire to see lives and communities transformed through the love and truth of the Gospel.

Ps Bill Knott

Bill Nott comes from a farming background, where the values of hard work, resilience, and practical faith were firmly established in his life. After graduating from Rhema Bible Training Centre in Perth, he joined the staff of his local church in 1984.

In 1988, he and his wife Heather were sent to pioneer a church in Adelaide where he continues to serve as a faithful pastor with an emphasis on prayer and living by faith.

Bill has a strong ministry to men and has a deep love for the local church, which he calls ‘the miracle of the local church’. He has ministered internationally and has a desire to encourage other ministers and leaders.
